We are expanding the wireless enrollment services for our client and looking to add valuable Sales and Customer Service Agents to join our sales team. Sales and Customer Service Agent Job Description:
As a Sales and Customer Service Agent the individual is at the frontline of the customers wireless products and service needs. Based in a variety of designated settings the Sales and Customer Service Agent will display a variety of wireless services knowledge to effectively identify the customers needs and enroll them in products accordingly. This role focuses on driving direct sales and building relationships. The ideal candidate to fill the Sales and Customer Service Agent position is not only sales driven but also has a passion for delivering extraordinary customer service.
Sales and Customer Service Agent Responsibilities:
- Educating customers on all wireless services, products and promotions to custom fit solutions to meet customer needs during the enrollment process
- Work with customers directly to qualify them for their new services and enroll them
- Work with team to strategies increase sales aspects and continue skill development to take on future leadership roles
- Participate in ongoing product, and sales training to meet the industry standard
- Actively listen to candidates with empathy and care based on their needs
- Responsible for maintaining precise reconciliation of all monetary sales transactions
Sales and Customer Service Agent Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a customer service, enrollment or sales-driven role is highly preferred
- Demonstrates exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and foster customer relationships
- Ability to work independently and effectively collaborate in a team setting with fellow Sales and Customer Service Agent
- Possesses strong customer care, active listening and problem-solving skills
